Chris and Christina Rannigan founded 4C A/C & Heating in July 2012. The family owned HVAC company was named after the Rannigan family, Chris, Christina, Cailyn, and Cambrie. Chris has been in the industry since 2000, beginning his career as an installer and later working as a service technician before starting the company. He understood how important it is for homeowners to have an honest and trustworthy technician in their home and set out to build a company that homeowners could trust, built on the values his family believes in.

We take pride in serving our community, and our name and brand mean a lot to us. Christina’s background is in Human Resources and Health & Safety, and she ensures that day-to-day operations are run legally and safely. She takes great pride in every single person hired on the team and makes sure each individual’s values align with the company’s. Cailyn works for 4C, managing our social media pages and planning community events. When Cambrie isn’t on the softball field, she enjoys running service calls with Chris and climbing in attics.
