At 4C A/C & Heating, we value your time and strive to provide timely, reliable service to every customer. To help us stay on schedule and serve everyone efficiently, we ask that you review our cancellation policy below. 

Late Cancellations & Service Fees

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers in need of service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or cancellations made after a technician is already en route, will be subject to the full service call fee.
